Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to ship, but most likely sooner! I appreciate your patience & support!

Once your package ships, please allow 2-3 days for the package to be delivered (U.S. ONLY) Please keep in mind these are estimates from USPS and not guarantees. There are always a possibility for delays, so order early if needed by a certain date! 

All embroidered crews and hoodies can be washed and dried on any setting, although I recommend washing with like colored garments and air drying to keep soft and cozy. If you notice any puckering around the embroidery over time, this is normal! Simply iron over the design and it will look good as new.

All apparel is unisex. The exact brand and fit varies depending on the fabric. Sizing details are in every item description, so read carefully before ordering. You can also refer to the size chart with exact measurements on every item!

Due to each item being made to order and limited quantity, we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges at this time. Although If you have a problem with your order, please send me an email. I am always happy to help!

If you included the wrong address, please send an email as soon as possible for us to change it. If you do not reach out by the time we ship the order, we will not be able to change the address and your order will be sent to the address provided! We will not offer a refund for a mistaken address, so please read carefully when inputting your information!

If you forgot to include your apartment number, send an email asap! If the order is sent back to us, you will be responsible for a second shipping fee.
